Small Business Owners Mastermind
The Superior Chamber Small Business Owners Mastermind (SBOM) meets the third Thursday of each month at the Chamber's Conference Room from 9:00am-10:30am. This group is open to all Superior entrepreneurs, business owners, or company executives.
provide a networking and professional development opportunity for Chamber members in critical decision-making roles in their companies;
provide a collaborative problem-solving vehicle where participants may discuss a wide variety of significant business challenges in a strictly confidential environment;
provide a deeper dive on a critical challenge facing one participant, participants providing feedback and ideas for resolution; and
provide a succinct eductional opportunity, exploring one relevant article or concept in a brief, guided discussion.
SBOM is led by the Chamber's Executive Director, T.J. Sullivan. Participants are asked to RSVP no later than 48 hours prior to the monthly meeting.
This month's topic is "Know Your Competition!"
We will discuss questions like:
- How and why should you develop a positive relationship with your competitors?
- What's the best way to manage those relationships?
- What to do when there is tension with a competitor?
- Is it good to have competition? What positive purpose does a competitor serve?
Please come prepared to discuss your competitor relationships and how you approach them. We recommend you read THIS ARTICLE in advance of the event.
