Come join us as we kick off our April Challenge!

Are you wondering if THE MAX Challenge is right for you?

The MAX Challenge combines fun, energetic classes Monday-Friday with nutritional counseling and support. Our team of MAX certified instructors will help you to reach your goals in a non-judgmental, friendly environment.

We will start with a quick 30 minute sample class (optional) at 8 am and follow it up with our informational kickoff session at 9 am.
