Part Time Sales Associate at Originata

We're looking for a personable, easygoing salesperson to join us for weekend shifts and special events. This is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, doesn't sweat the small stuff, and likes to jump in and help without being asked twice.

Originata is meant to feel like a small escape; a calm, welcoming space where our customers can slow down and find pieces they'll actually love wearing. We focus on natural fibers, timeless quality, local and women made brands, and we're a little obsessed with denim.

Details:

• $20/hour
• Rotating schedule: Saturday 10am–6pm or Sunday 11am–4pm, plus occasional special events
• Position needs to be filled by mid-August

What we need:

• A natural at helping customers; you enjoy figuring out what someone's looking for and helping them find it
• Creative eye for styling; you can put together outfit ideas and make suggestions that feel personal, never pushy
• An appreciation for quality
• Friendly, good-natured, and easy to work with
• Someone who takes pride in helping a small business grow and succeed
• Retail experience preferred but not necessary for the right candidate

Bonus points if you:

• Have some experience with (or interest in) social media / content creation
• Like the idea of helping shape how we show up online, not just in-store

This is a great role for someone who wants to grow with a small business and take on more responsibility over time.
