DESCRIPTION:This class focuses on relieving the symptoms of arthritis\, pain\, and enhancing overall healthy movement. Tai Chi is a safe exercise for all abilities\, with or without arthritis\, and can be safely progressed for those wanting a challenge. Tai Chi for Health and Arthritis has been proven to prevent falls\, increase balance and movement\, and improve quality of life for all participants. Advanced Tai Chi will continue to progress the 6 basic moves from Beginner Tai Chi and will add the 6 advanced moves to the Tai Chi for Arthritis form. Meets once a week for 6 weeks.
