SUMMARY:Superior Women in Business
DESCRIPTION:The Superior Women in Business invites all women\, who have or represent a business\, to attend this group that meets every second Thursday\, from 12:00 to 1:15pm.\n\n\n\nMOD Moms will provide a free lunch to all participants who RSVP for this event.\n\n\n\nToday's Speaker: Christina Rowe\n\n\n\nSession: Playing to your Strengths: Engagement\, Productivity\, and Fulfillment \n\n \n\nMompreneurs wear many hats\, and sometimes it feels like they must wear them all at the same time! To navigate this successfully as leaders we must identify our unique talents and those of our support system\, team members\, and those we lean on as resources. All too often we get stuck in the mindset of "I should be better at " when it comes to our own abilities\, and that takes us nowhere. Instead learn to identify and leverage your own strengths to make your roles more engaging\, fun\, and fulfilling! \n\n \n\nIt's recommended you take the Gallup Clifton Strengths Assessment to get your Top 5 Strengths prior to the workshop for $19.99\, or bring your results if you have taken the assessment before. Not required to enjoy this session though! \n\n \n\n \n\nChristina Rowe Bio\n\n \n\nAs a Leadership and Team development Consultant\, and Gallup-Certified in Strength-based coaching\, Christina Rowe helps individuals\, leaders\, and whole teams achieve new levels of success and enjoyment in their roles. Holding a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership\, focused on successful organizational development\, change\, and culture. She supplies teams\, boards\, and entire organizations with the tools to communicate\, reduce conflict\, and be highly productive\, resulting in more engaged teams\, who often even report higher quality of life as a result.\n\n \n\nChristina has worked with boards of directors in many fields\, as well as leaders in their industries from medical specialties\, technology\, construction\, to creative production. She has been a repeat speaker at conferences for medical professionals\, as well as association management and nonprofit management professionals. Christina offers solutions that amplify the strengths and assets that exist\, just waiting to be utilized\, and helping individuals feel valued for their contributions. Christina started The Collaborative LLC in 2014 with the mission to improve individuals' lives through helping them feel more valued at work\, and helping leaders empower their team members to succeed.\n\n \n\n\n\nThis group\, in partnership with the MOD Moms 'MomPreneur' group\, has developed a schedule for maximum satisfaction for all in attendance. The 2nd Thursday of each month will include a speaker with an informative presentation to help our women grow their businesses. These meetings will be held at the Rocky Mountain Fire Department Station 5 Community Room (2701 S. Indiana St.\, Superior).
