Event Description:
Join us at Avista Adventist Hospital for an important exercise and movement class! Participants will engage in exercises and movements to improve balance and coordination, strengthen lower body muscles and increase confidence. Each class incorporates sitting, standing and walking balance exercises to not only improve balance, but also to reduce the fear of falling. One of the many attributes of the N’Balance program is the ability to teach and progress “students” of varying levels within the same class. Meets once/week for 6 weeks.
