Do you enjoy reading books that challenge you to be a better manager, entrepreneur, and leader? Join us for our quarterly Business Book Club – a partnership between the Superior Chamber and the Louisville Public Library.

Each quarter, we feature a talk from a local author. If you like, read the book ahead of time. Or, just come learn about the book that belongs on your reading list!

This event is FREE to Chamber Members and all interested residents of Superior.

"The Elephant in the Board Room"

This quarter, we welcome Edgar Papke to discuss his book, "The Elephant in the Board Room," an exploration of conflict and leadership. As a consultant, coach, speaker, and author, Papke is dedicated to helping leaders build cultures of innovation and better align their organizations and teams to drive new ideas, produce change, and deliver meaningful solutions.

Edgar is an internationally acclaimed, award-winning speaker. He was recognized as the 2013 Impact Speaker of the Year  by Vistage International, the world’s largest CEO membership organization.

He has delivered more than 2,700 keynotes and presentations. He shares his insights on alignment, innovation, the management of conflict and change, and the human art of business.
