Event Description:
A high quality and effective fall prevention class that achieves results.  Students will practice exercises and movements to strengthen their core balance and to overcome the fear of falling.  This is an evidence-based program taught by a PT certified in balance and falls prevention.  This class meets twice a week for 7 weeks with pre- and post-test to monitor progress. Class fee is $60 for all classes, per person.
