CHAMBER EVENT: Front Range Judo's FREE Women’s Self Defense class

Teaching women’s self-defense through Judo & Jujitsu every 2nd Wed of the month, Front Range Judo & Impact Sports Performance are offering a FREE self-defense and Judo class to women ages 13 and up. Join many of us from the Chamber on October 10 at 7pm. We will learn the basics of Judo and grappling, as well as self-defense techniques.
