Come listen to traditional Irish music, enjoy some delicious Irish Fare, and get involved in the Soda Bread bake-off.
Soda Bread Contest Judging Criteria:
-Freshness
-Shape
-Moisture
-Even Browning
-Balance of Flavor
Participants can drop off soda bread prior to the party/contest on Thursday, March 13th from 3 - 6:30pm. The cut off time for entries will be 5:00pm on Friday night.
Enjoy Corned Beef and Cabbage among many other Irish delights!
