Event Description:

Celebrate the Superior Spirit with the return of pancakes and kickball in this year's Superior Fourth of July festivities. Monday, July 4th, 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Featuring ALL the Superior traditions (old and new): Superior Mile * Community Parade * Pancake Festival * and Community Center Celebration. Watch the 2021 opening Anthem.

REGISTER FOR A VENDOR BOOTH BY FRIDAY, JUNE 24. The festival will feature 30 exhibitor/vendor spaces. Make your exhibit exciting and engaging to pull people in! Take this opportunity to introduce yourself, touch base with existing clients, and promote your products or services. 

The Superior Chamber is partnering with the Town of Superior to give our business community an opportunity to meet the community at the festival. It will be a day full of live music, food trucks, interactive activities, planned giveaways, and live demonstrations. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with Superior families!

Fine Print: 
  • Standard 10x10 exhibit space are $150 (members are placed first).
  • Premium 10x10 exhibit space (10 nearest event entrance, members placed first) are $250. 
  • Chamber members receive $50 off the booth fees.
  • You agree not to serve any edible items unless they are factory packaged (e.g., candy in original wrappers). Due to public health concerns, this will be strictly enforced.
  • Registration is available first-come, first-served. A waitlist will be maintained if necessary.
  • All fees must be paid upon registration. 
  • TABLES and CHAIRS ARE WILL BE INCLUDED THIS YEAR.
  • You must supply your own tent or rent one from the Chamber for an additional fee. You are required to use proper tent weights or stakes. 
  • Electrical access may not be available, please inquire.
  • Set-up is from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. Event runs from 9:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. You must commit to keeping your booth active until the end of the event. WE REQUEST THAT YOU STAY REGARDLESS OF WEATHER UNLESS THE EVENT IS CLOSED.
  • By participating as an exhibitor, you agree to adhere to Boulder County Health Department COVID-19 orders and guidelines. These will be provided to you prior to the event.

  • *Standard 10x10 exhibit space: $150

  • Individual & Bronze Chamber members receive $50 off booth fees.
  • Gold Chamber members may reserve one Standard booth for free.
  • Platinum Chamber members may reserve one free Premium booth.

*Chamber members are placed prior to non-members. You may request specific placement (e.g. away from like businesses, but that may not always be possible).
