Front Range Judo's FREE Women's Self Defense class

Teaching women’s self-defense through Judo & Jujitsu every 2nd Wed of the month, Front Range Judo & Impact Sports Performance are offering a FREE self-defense and Judo class to women ages 13 and up. Join us on September 12 at 7pm. Women will learn the basics of Judo and grappling, as well as self-defense techniques.
