Mountain High Appliance Chef Series: "Pre-Farmer's Market Sneak Peek"

Chef Deb will prepare you to get the most out of the first Farmer's Markets of the season!  Add a southern twist with Fried Green Tomatoes and Tarragon Vinaigrette.  Spring Kale Salad with Haystack Feta and Citrus Vinaigrette will tantalize your taste buds.  Learn how to prepare Radishes 3 ways:  sauteed Radishes, salted Radish Butter on crostini, and Radish Greens Soup!  Complete it with Farmer John's Local Wheat, Dark Quick Bread, and a Sunchoke Soup with crispy dark bread croutons.  Local Garlic will also be utilized.
