Over the past year, the Town of Superior approved a Planned Development (PD) for the Superior Town Center, a mixed-use and pedestrian-oriented development that has been anticipated since the 1990s. Recently, the Town approved a Development Agreement with an affiliate of Ranch Capital, LLC as a step toward the development becoming a reality.
Ranch Capital is pleased to discuss its plans for the Superior Town Center PD Amendment at a Community Open House Meeting on May 20 at Town Hall from 6pm - 8pm.
