families to give them the tools and perspective that will help
them move through this life-changing event.

This 12-week experience will include:
• Each week we will work on one critical
element of our life reconstruction.
• There will be an opportunity to ask
questions and share experiences within
the larger group.
• There will be small group breakout
discussions, so you can share and
process what you are learning.
The goal of this workshop is that you feel
better equipped to handle any challenge with ease,
and an overall sense of joy.
