Summit Bank & Trust Seminar: "How to Get a Job When There Isn't One"

FREE SEMINAR!

Discover the FASTEST way to the UNadvertised job market!

On Tuesday, November 12th from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m., Marty Wolff will address: “How to Get a Job When There Isn’t One”

Topics will include:

  • Targeting and qualifying: who should your prospective employer be, and how would you know it?
  • Dealing with “approach reluctance” and your own self limiting beliefs.
  • Dealing with the employer's psychology: why do they keep hiring the wrong people and perpetuating their same hiring mistakes?
  • Getting the employer's attention: how to differentiate yourself and gain a competitive advantage.
  • How to engage a prospective employer to determine their REAL motivational priorities.
  • Dealing with S.C.O.R.E-- stalls, concerns, objections, reasons and excuses.
  • Learning when and how to educate prospective employers (this step comes much later then one would normally think).
  • How to get a “yes’ or “no” commitment.

There is NO CHARGE for this community service event sponsored by Summit Bank and Trust, but space is limited and reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you know of someone who is facing a career decision or transition, please forward this information.

Marty Wolff formed Sea Change Career Services in 1998 as a consulting and training firm specializing in helping job applicants dramatically improve results through the use of a communications model that allows prospective employers to discover that it is in their best interest to create a position for the applicant. He has consulted with such career consulting firms as Bernard Haldane and Associates, Allen and Associates, Princeton-Masters, J. Frederick Marcie and Associates, Dunn and Nelson and Colorado Career Consultants and coached them on advanced career marketing techniques for C- level executives and management professionals.
