In collaboration with the Town of Superior Economic Development, the Chamber will hold a small business roundtable for Superior-based businesses (including home-based businesses) to gain a deeper understanding of the critical issues and needs of our business community. This informal roundtable format will provide an opportunity for businesses owners and managers to come together to share their current challenges and goals for the future and offer ideas on how to support one another and work with the Town and Chamber on long-term strategies for success.
 
Topics will include:

• Disaster recovery efforts and impacts (Marshall Fire & COVID-19)
• Best practices and tips for recovery
• Types and methods of assistance (HR/workforce, strategic planning, leadership, marketing toolkit, resiliency toolkit, housing, green business initiatives)

• Networking with other Superior businesses (getting to know and supporting your neighbors)
• Help us craft relevant business support initiatives
• Allow businesses to amplify their voices
• Let us know how we can help you grow your business
