Superior Women in Business

The Superior Business Women's Roundtable invites all women, who have or represent a business, to attend this group that meets every second and fourth Thursday, from 12:00 to 1:15pm.

The focus is to promote and expand opportunities for women in business through shared knowledge, leadership and advocacy, opportunities for continuous learning, and identifying business opportunities.

This week's topic is work/life/health balance. As we are being hosted by Gigi at Dova Center for Health and Healing - here is a note from her about the yoga and lunch meeting. I am very excited to host you at the Dova Center this Thursday from 12-1 for a FREE yoga class (for you:). Feel free to eat and chat until 1:30 or 2 after the class. Thanks to Buca di Beppo for bringing some salads for us to enjoy!
Regarding the yoga class, our teacher, Annette, is an excellent teacher who will be teaching an All Levels Vinyasa Flow class. If you are a beginner, no problem! Please, come and see what yoga is all about. This will be a good class to get your toes wet.
If you need to snack before the class, do so at least one hour before so your food can settle. Wear loose clothes or yoga clothes. Bring water. Feel free to bring a mat. If you don't have one, we have plenty of mats and accessories that you can borrow. Let me know if you have any questions. Please, try to get to the Dova Center by 11.55a at the latest, so we can have time to set up the yoga studio and in case you need to change into your yoga clothes. We have two restrooms to change in, so, you can change here or come in your clothes:)
