Superior Women in Business

The Superior Business Women's Roundtable invites all women, who have or represent a business, to attend this group that meets every second and fourth Thursday, from 12:00 to 1:15pm. Please feel free to bring a brown bag lunch.

The focus is to promote and expand opportunities for women in business through shared knowledge, leadership and advocacy, opportunities for continuous learning, and identifying business opportunities.

If you lack energy, and/or feel tension in your neck and shoulders, join us for a fun and informative experience, led by Mind-Body Coach Kelly C. Mullen, to help you shift from exhaustion toward more ease and inspired action.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants are invited to:
- Identify your “Top Tune" thoughts of self-pressure
- Identify the role self-pressure plays in distracting you from tuning into your inner wisdom’s guidance for what you need and want
- Apply techniques to experience relief from self-pressure and tune into your inner wisdom’s guidance for what you need and want
- Create a fun list
- Create a daily practice to create more ease and inspired action
