Femininity doesn't only look or feel one way. It has many qualities such as receptivity, compassion, flow, collaboration, being vs doing, groundedness, and creativity. THIS 5-WEEK THURSDAY CLASS, February 17th-March 17th, will not only focus on the feminine but also on decreasing stress, enhancing all your relationships, becoming more magnetic, discovering your best masculine/feminine balance, increasing your energy, not letting others' negative energy get you, and ridding your body of tension or pain.

Each session includes experiential exercises, discussion, and a unique short meditation.
