Megan Townsend is COO and Co-Founder of Altitude Arborist, and her sessions will leave you inspired with actionable changes you can implement immediately  for ultimate personal, professional and financial wellness.

Megan is a visionary entrepreneur at heart.  After earning her degree in nutrition she became a PA and practiced medicine for 13 years.  During that time she co-founded Altitude Arborist with her husband.  In 2021, she pivoted from healthcare, unleashed her inner entrepreneur, and turned her full attention to tree care as COO of Altitude Arborist!  

Megan’s background in healthcare and upbringing in an entrepreneurial family brings unique perspectives in business strategy, workforce development, workplace culture, productivity, safety and wellness to her audiences.

Megan engages with industry through volunteering as the Chair of the Colorado Tree Care Sector Partnership and is a board member of Colorado Arborists and Lawn Care Professionals.  Educating others is especially rewarding and Megan has spoken at conferences such as ISA and ProGreen, at universities, local community workshops and business events. She was recently a guest on the Green Industry Perspectives podcast.  

To shake off the stress, Megan can be found singing, weight lifting, practicing yoga, or with her family fishing, hunting, training their Pudelpointers, and otherwise galavanting in the great outdoors.
