I've always been told I do too much or to slow down, but I never realized how different I was from other people until I was about 30. From the time I was a kid, I wanted to conquer it all - sports, music, school, you name it. I attended UW-Madison with the intention of being a teacher when I took up a job at a local pizzeria. It was telling when I wanted to work full time and didn't always want to go to class (but yes, I graduated with honors!). It was my love of pizza and teaching in a different way that inspired me to open Boss Lady Pizza at 26 years old in Boulder, Colorado and 8 years later, opened a second location in Superior, Colorado. Currently, I am an Operations Partner for Burger King Corporate where I work on the franchising side and learning an entirely new side of the restaurant business. It has been an incredible opportunity to learn all sides of restaurants from small business, to large chains. In my free time, I am a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan and enjoy mountain biking and hiking.

Women in Business is our monthly dose of empowerment! Each month we host a luncheon and guest speaker for professional and entrepreneurial women in and around Superior. Speakers will focus on building skills that make women successful in their chosen area of professional focus.

$5 for non-members
