September Line-Up

"The Neuroscience of Transformation"

Carol Pfeiffer, PCC, CNTC, SPHR
Expansive Leadership Coaching
Executive Coach | Leadership Consultant

Ever heard of neuroplasticity? It’s the brain’s ability to grow and change.

And change is all around us in literally every aspect of our lives. Think of something in your life that isn’t changing - your furniture? the past? Anything that is alive is in a perpetual state of change, especially the organizations that we lead.

Whether you are someone who resists change or someone who dives in headfirst, we know change is often hard and can sometimes feel like we are pushing mud up a mountain.

In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to a new perspective on why change is often so hard and why sometimes it’s not so bad, maybe even fun! You’ll learn specific factors that you can apply to bring about the changes you desire in your work.

This material is rooted in the rapidly evolving field of neuroscience. You’ll learn about the key ingredients your brain needs to function optimally and support you in the change process so you can most effectively lead yourself and your organization.
