Women in Business is our monthly dose of empowerment! Each month we host a luncheon and guest speaker for professional and entrepreneurial women in and around Superior. Speakers will focus on building skills that make women successful in their chosen areas of professional focus.

Conflict and confrontation are two words that strike fear in many's hearts. And yet they are the two most valuable aspects of maintaining your relationships. In this workshop you will learn:

Why confrontation is essential to your relationships.
How to prepare and execute a healing hard conversation.
The must-do's and detrimental don'ts of the hard conversation.

BIO:

Lori Young has over 25 years of experience working with people; from sitting with dying patients and their families in hospice care to counseling women who left abusive relationships to starting a non-profit providing home furnishings for women finding independence from domestic violence. She has had a front-row seat to how people react in a crisis, how they interact in relationships, and how they communicate when life is hard. Lori is the owner and principal consultant with Cultivate Consulting Group. She uses her experience and expertise to facilitate team training giving your team practical tools and advice for improving your relationships and communication.
