Topic: The Coaching Mindset

Did you know that a supervisor staying curious and asking great questions can build employee engagement and improve retention? These skills are the foundations of the coaching mindset. In this highly interactive session, Dr. AJ Lauer will walk through when and how to use coaching at work. You'll leave with a new skill set and a workbook to refer back to when you want a refresh.

Bio

Dr. AJ Lauer helps leaders thrive both inside and outside of the workplace. She is an expert on diversity and workforce development. Her company Thriving Ibis Leadership Solutions provides a tailored-to-you mix of workshops, coaching, and consulting to provide individual and team leadership development and help build inclusive workplaces.

AJ holds an EdD in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University, MS in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
