Women in Business is your monthly dose of empowerment! Each month, the Superior Chamber in partnership with MOD Moms hosts a FREE virtual luncheon and guest speaker for professional and entrepreneurial women in and around Superior. Speakers will focus on building skills that make women successful in their chosen area of professional focus.

This month, we welcome Margaret Watts Romney, speaking on "Confidence for Critical Conversations." Whenever you speak up, you are a spokesperson for yourself, your personal brand, and your organization. Today, we will walk you through how to channel your drive, speak as a leader with influence, and prepare for all of your critical conversations. You'll feel more confident in your ability to communicate with clarity and have the confidence you need when it matters most.

Margaret has supported more than a thousand performers, coached a dozen TEDx speaking teams, studied Strategic Communication at the graduate level, produced a highly-rated podcast, sat on non-profit boards, developed corporate level leadership materials, and trained clients in video and live presentation delivery skills. She specializing in working with inspiring individuals, innovators, and introverts who not only want to communicate with impact but master the principles of neurology to have their ideas remembered.
