I’m Jen Boyd, and I operate the Louisville branch of AIS Medicare & More. As an independent Medicare broker and local business owner, I help individuals navigate Medicare with clarity, education, and personalized guidance so they can make confident, informed decisions about their healthcare.

With over 25 years of experience in client relations and customer service, I take an education-first approach and focus on building long-term relationships, not one-time enrollments. I work with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and Part D plans, and also offer dental, vision, hospital indemnity, cancer, and travel insurance.

I’m passionate about serving my community and being a trusted, local resource for Medicare education. My services are always provided at no cost to my clients, and support continues well beyond enrollment.
