I began my career in wine and spirits, inspired by my father’s work ethic and commitment to relationships. While traveling through southern Colorado and the mountain towns, I found my passion for real estate and moved to the Front Range to build my career and raise my family.

As President of the Margolis Team at eXp Realty, I lead a team focused on client satisfaction across the Denver Front Range and Boulder County. With over 25 years in the industry, I’ve guided investors through smart deals and 1031 Exchanges, and helped families at every stage—from first homes to final sales.

I'm also active in the community through Rotary and by coaching Boulder lacrosse teams. My goal is to build lifelong relationships by delivering expert guidance, strong negotiation, and honest, personalized service.
