Join Friends of the US 36 Bikeway on Saturday, September 10 at 8:30am for a 6-mile ride through Superior and down the US 36 Bikeway. The ride kicks off at the US 36 & McCaslin Station, next to Cinebarre Movie Theater in Louisville.

Whether you are a seasoned cyclist or just starting to ride, this is a great chance to enjoy the newly opened US 36 Bikeway, support US 36 cycling and your community!

RIDE DETAILS:
At 8:30 a.m., riders will depart from the US 36 & McCaslin Station, next to Cinebarre Movie Theater in Louisville, and head toward Founders Park in Superior. After a short tour on the southern edge of the park, the group will ride east on the shoulder of Marshall Road toward the US 36 Bikeway and the Davidson Mesa Overlook. (With views even more spectacular from two wheels, this is a great way to experience the new US 36 Bikeway!) Then, riders will turn east for a two-mile loop in the Davidson Mesa Open Space and ride back to the starting point (the US 36 & McCaslin Station).

Friends rides are open to cyclists of all abilities and those ages 9 and up.

For all rides, make sure to bring your helmet, water and a ready-to-ride attitude!
