Come join us and learn about how Higher Strength offers a new approach to lifestyle and fitness with an emphasis on exercise and personal training geared specifically for women. Snacks will be provided courtesy of Oil & Vinegar - Flatiron Crossing Mall in Broomfield, Colorado and drinks provided by Higher Strength Fitness.
