Event Description:
Meet outside of Stick's Coffee Shop at 7:00am for the guided run / walk, and get to know Laura Skladzinski (2018 candidate for Superior Town Trustee) while previewing the course for the second annual Superior 5K. Laura is an RRCA-certified running coach, and can offer tips and tricks to help you get ready for the race, whether it's your first 5K or your fiftieth. All ages and paces welcome, and a 3K option will be offered for those not yet ready to walk / run the full distance!

Friday's run / walk will finish with a cooldown stretch, and will wrap up just in time for August's "First Friday" event at 7:45am, hosted this month by Mayor Pro-Tem Sandy Pennington.
